Building God’s Sanctuary
The Vision
St Catherine’s is more than a building project; it is a spiritual investment in the next generation. We are establishing a sanctuary in Catherine Field where families from all backgrounds can encounter the love of Christ and the depth of the Orthodox faith. Our vision is to create a permanent “hospital for the soul”—a place where children grow in wisdom, families unite in worship, and our community finds peace in a chaotic world.
Our Progress: A Milestone Reached
Through the generosity of our founding families, the first phase is complete. The site at 102 Springfield Road, Catherine Field has been purchased and set apart for the future of the parish. A permanent home has been established, but the work of restoration is just beginning.
The New Goal: Renovation & Restoration
We are now entering Phase 2: Renovation. To transform this property into a fully functional Orthodox sanctuary ready for worship, Sunday School, and community fellowship, we need to raise $500,000.
This fund will go directly towards renovating the existing structures, establishing a dedicated chapel, and creating safe, welcoming spaces for our youth and families.
